Stained-glass Windows
The western Stained-glass Windows technique found its height of splendour in the XII- XIII centuries very close to the church tradition. It was inspired by the "The new Jerusalem described" of the Apocalypse, Chapter 21. "Having the glory of God, and the light thereof was like to a precious stone, as to the jasper stone even as crystal"..."And the city hath no need of the sun, nor of the moon, to shine in it."In my Stained-glass Windows work I have used basically two techniques: with lead-work and with glass and cement.
